Through his discoveries, Ulugh Beg Mirzo opened the way to Europe
During the Timurid era, under the leadership of Ulugh Beg Mirzo, science, astronomy, and the natural sciences reached a new stage of development. The discoveries made at his academy spread to Istanbul through Ali Qushchi, and from there to Europe, forming a foundation for the Renaissance movement. Today, at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, this heritage is planned to be fully represented and conveyed to the public through historical exhibitions and short films.
