One of the rare works of the 19th century: "Majmua-i Sho'iron" (The Collection of Poets)

The famous writer and poet Fazliy Namangani, who lived and worked in the early 19th century, wrote his collection titled "Majmua-i Sho'iron" in 1821. This work is an important source reflecting the literary atmosphere of its time, the traditions of poetry, and the aesthetic views of the poet.

The Center of Islamic Civilization plans to implement a new media project aimed at studying and popularizing one of the priceless works of Uzbek literature — "Majmua-i Sho'iron" by Fazliy Namangani.

This media project will be led by senior research fellow of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, PhD Oysara Madalieva, in collaboration with Doctor of Philological Sciences Mahmud Khasaniy and Candidate of Philosophical Sciences A. Erkinov. The research will deeply explore the literary features of the work, its artistic style, and Fazliy's place in Uzbek literature.

Based on these scientific studies, modern media content such as videos and written materials will be prepared and presented to a wide audience. Another important part of the project will be the creation of a dedicated exhibition at the Center of Islamic Civilization, focusing on Fazliy Namangani. This project will be a significant step toward a deeper study of Uzbek literary heritage, its popularization, and its transmission to future generations. The Center's activities in this area contribute to the modern interpretation of the rich layers of our history, culture, and spirituality.
