Ancient Trade Routes Now Brought to Life Through Immersive Shows

At the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the pre-Islamic period exhibition sector titled “Ancient Trade Routes” will soon feature immersive shows and a “Wall of Time”. Every visitor to the center can look forward to a unique blend of history and technology.

A meeting was held at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan with representatives of one of Turkey’s leading companies — Outdoor Factory — along with the center’s staff. During the meeting, projects aimed at enriching the pre-Islamic period exhibition with modern technologies were discussed, including immersive shows and the “Wall of Time” project in the entrance area.

“As a representative of our organization, we came here with the aim of introducing digital technologies into the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan. The meeting went wonderfully. We discussed how we could integrate digital technologies into the center’s exhibition. We intend to present this project based on our extensive experience. Our goal is for every person who enters the center to enjoy receiving information through our projects, to see and learn about the Islamic religion, and to leave enriched with educational knowledge. Work is ongoing. We have mobilized all our efforts for the creation of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan.

From an architectural point of view, the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan is magnificent. Its exterior and grandeur are indescribable. It amazes everyone who sees it. We are striving to make the internal exhibition just as technologically impressive as its exterior,” said Jansu Ergin, Digital Technology Manager at Outdoor Factory.
