Russian business representatives took a journey through history at the Islamic Civilization Center
Russian guests witnessed the secrets of Central Asian culture at the Islamic Civilization Center through ancient ornaments, rare jewelry items, and digital reconstructions.
As part of the visit, representatives of the WRF Group (Novikov Group), a company operating in the Russian Federation, closely familiarized themselves with the scientific and educational materials presented in the Center’s exhibitions, dedicated to pre-Islamic culture, the First and Second Renaissance periods, as well as the development of New Uzbekistan.
Particular interest was sparked by exhibits related to pre-Islamic Central Asian culture precious ornaments, jewelry pieces, and artistic decorations. It was emphasized that through these exhibits one can observe how aesthetic taste, social status, and spiritual views were formed in ancient societies.
The ornaments made of gold, silver, and precious stones displayed in the exhibitions were interpreted not only as decorative items, but also as artistic expressions of power, customs, and symbolic thinking of specific historical periods. The scientific descriptions and chronological coherence of the exhibits were highly appreciated by the guests.
During the visit, interactive displays, multimedia presentations, and visual reconstructions organized using digital technologies provided an opportunity for a deeper understanding of historical processes. This clearly demonstrated that special attention is being paid at the Center to popularizing historical heritage through modern methods.
Sharing impressions, one of the representatives of the WRF Group (Novikov Group) noted:
“The exhibition of precious ornaments from the pre-Islamic period left a strong impression on us. Through these items, not only the wealth of ancient peoples is revealed, but also their worldview, attitude toward art, and spiritual world. The integration of the exhibition with modern technologies makes it possible to experience history in a vivid way.”
The guests also emphasized that the history of Islamic civilization at the Center is presented as an integral civilizational process, closely connected with pre-Islamic cultural heritage.
