UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure: “The Islamic Civilization Center is a priceless place that reflects Uzbekistan’s scientific and spiritual strength to the world”
The Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan is not only a source of enlightenment but is becoming a major intellectual and scientific hub that reflects the modern identity of Uzbekistan to the world. Delegations from various regions including the United States, France, Poland, Nigeria, China, Turkey, and others are visiting the Center, acknowledging its significance.

In this context, the visit of the delegation led by Suhail AlMazrouei, UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, was of particular importance.
The UAE delegation became closely acquainted with the Center’s main exhibitions, sections dedicated to various stages of Islamic civilization, ancient manuscripts, as well as multimedia installations that contribute to reviving scientific heritage.

The Center, which harmoniously blends modernity with history, sparked great interest among the delegation.
During the visit, Minister Suhail AlMazrouei shared his impressions:
“Uzbekistan’s great civilization and the scientific heritage embodied here captivate anyone who visits. Here, high attention is given not only to the Islamic period but also to pre-Islamic cultural layers. The Center deeply showcases the great contributions of Uzbek scholars in various fields of science.
I express my deep respect to the President of Uzbekistan and the people of Uzbekistan for this remarkable creation. This place is a mirror of a nation that values its history and aspires to convey it with dignity to future generations.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has accomplished great work in a short time. His farsighted leadership and dedication to serving his people are evident in this place. A nation aware of its history will have a bright future. Uzbekistan is a vivid example of this.”

According to the minister, the Center will also become a great source of inspiration for the younger generation:
“Uzbek youth are intelligent and talented. If they are provided with proper opportunities, this land will nurture new great scholars like Ibn Sina, Beruni, and Khwarizmi. The roots of future innovations lie precisely in this historical heritage.”

The UAE delegation’s visit became another example of high international recognition of the Center’s activity.
