A historical tour was organized for veteran teachers as part of the “Tourism month for the elderly”

As part of the annual “Tourism month for the elderly” held every November in our country, a tour to the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan was organized for the staff of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and retired honorary professors and teachers. The visit became a practical expression of respect for history and a meaningful lesson for the younger generation.
The guests closely familiarized themselves with the Center’s historical exhibitions, including materials on the pre-Islamic era, the First and Second Renaissances, and the development of New Uzbekistan. They were also captivated by the digital presentations that showcased the heritage of ancestors, artifacts from various eras, and interactive displays. The event contributed significantly to the spiritual enrichment of the veterans and the staff.
Akhtam Tursunov, Doctor of Law, Professor:
“I have visited many museums and academic institutions around the world. However, the scale, substance, and technological approach here are exceptional. The exterior and interior of the building harmoniously combine modern architecture, national heritage, and historical ideas. The creation of such a large and meaningful center is a vivid reflection of our President’s attention to historical heritage and spirituality. This institution is an unparalleled source of spiritual richness for our people and foreign visitors.”

Zumrad Qochqorova, Senior Specialist of the Spirituality and Enlightenment Center of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Captain:
“Visiting this place with our veteran teachers was a great honor and an unforgettable experience for us. Thanks to interactive technologies, it felt as though we witnessed past events with our own eyes. For this reason, we plan to bring our cadets here as well. The Center’s educational, enlightening, and scientific significance is extremely valuable for young people.”
Davlat Yusupov, Chairman of the Veterans’ Council of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, retired Colonel:
“In today’s rapidly changing world, this center plays an exceptionally important role, especially in shaping immunity among young people against radical forces and extremist movements. From this perspective, the Center’s educational importance is immeasurable. Its establishment is a practical expression of our President’s attention to historical heritage, spirituality, and youth education. I express my gratitude to the leadership of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Center’s team for organizing this visit.”
