What does an art presentation that strengthens unity among peoples — an exhibition of artists offer?

Within the framework of the international congress “Central Asia: shared spiritual-educational heritage – shared future” held at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, an exhibition of Azerbaijani artists was organized. It not only showcased artistic creativity but also contributed to strengthening cultural cooperation and spiritual unity among peoples. According to the participants, art helps reveal truth and history, understand global challenges, and promote solidarity among nations.

Agali Ibrahimov, Deputy Chairman of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan:
“About ten paintings were displayed at the exhibition of Azerbaijani artists held within the international congress at the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. Among the exhibitors were both young and experienced artists, all presenting the finest examples of Azerbaijani art.
I would like to express my gratitude to the President of Uzbekistan, because this Center is not just a building it is an important monument for both the future and the past. Not every nation’s president can build such a center.
Such exhibitions, concerts, and films unite peoples. One can learn about other nations only through culture, art, and history. Today, wars and conflicts continue around the world, and even unborn children are losing their lives. Therefore, art has the power to bring all peoples together.
Artists, writers, and composers create from the heart sincerely. They show what is happening in the world its beauty, its tragedy, and its future.
What unites peoples? Peoples are united by truth. Every nation strives for its own truth in life.”
