A new documentary titled "The Crossroads of Civilizations" is planned to be filmed

In order to enrich the exposition of the Center for Islamic Civilization and to more broadly showcase the history, culture, and civilizational heritage of various regions, the creation of a new documentary film titled "The Crossroads of Civilizations" is being planned.

As part of the project, the history of the Khorezm oasis, its rich culture, and the civilizational processes that took shape in this region will be thoroughly studied. Based on this research, a script for the documentary will be written, highlighting the role of ancient Khorezm in the development of Islamic science, art, architecture, and values.

The main goal of the film is to shed light on the contribution of the Islamic civilization that developed in the territory of Uzbekistan—particularly in Khorezm—to the progress of global civilization, and to present visitors to the Center for Islamic Civilization with a vivid historical and spiritual panorama. Scientific research has already begun, and filming is expected to start in the near future. This film will hold a significant place in the Center's exposition.
