“This Center is a symbol of the East’s intellectual power and spiritual heart!” — acknowledgment from foreign judges

 

 

An international conference titled “Constitutional Reforms and Current Issues in the Development of the Institution of Constitutional Oversight” is taking place in Tashkent on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

Members of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions heads and judges of constitutional courts are attending the event. In connection with this, delegations from the Constitutional Courts of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Republic of Indonesia, as well as the Chairperson and judges of the Constitutional Court of Uzbekistan, visited the Islamic Civilization Center. The guests were accompanied by Mirzo-Ulugbek Abdusalomov, Chairperson of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

The visitors expressed great interest in the Center’s national architectural style, creative structural solutions, and modern design approaches. They noted how the building’s façades, halls, and exhibitions form a harmonious whole enriched with profound cultural meaning.

 

During the visit, the delegation members closely examined the sections dedicated to the Renaissance periods, the rare artifacts, ancient manuscripts, and historical sources displayed in the museum. The high historical value and artistic depth of the exhibits left a strong impression on the guests.

 

 

Nakharin Mektrairat, President of the Constitutional Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, stated:

 

“What impressed me most about this Center is the greatness of the nation’s culture and civilization, and the creativity with which this rich heritage is presented. The exhibitions, enriched with modern technologies, inspire and amaze at every moment. The initiative to create such a Center reflects the broad vision and high aspirations of the country’s leader.”

 

The guests praised the Islamic Civilization Center not only as a scientific and cultural institution but also as a modern hub that represents Uzbekistan’s spiritual potential and civilizational heritage to the world.
