The President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation at the Islamic Civilization Center
The President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Aktoty Raimkulova, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. This visit gave new momentum to the scientific and cultural cooperation between the two fraternal nations. The guest became acquainted with the Center’s research directions, modern exhibitions, and digitalization laboratory, recognizing it as an important spiritual hub for the Turkic world.

While exploring the exhibitions, Aktoty Raimkulova showed great interest in the historical materials related to the pre-Islamic era, the remarkable scientific and cultural achievements of Islamic civilization, and the exhibits reflecting the contribution of Turkic peoples to world civilization.
As she observed manuscripts, archaeological findings, rare artifacts, and interactive installations, she emphasized that they deeply embody the spiritual connection between the past and the future.
The guest also expressed interest in the academic environment created at the Center, the opportunities provided for young scholars, and the activities of the digitalization and manuscript restoration laboratory.
Aktoty Raimkulova further toured the second floor of the Center, where offices for international partner organizations are located. She visited the rooms designated for the “Fund for Turkic Culture and Heritage” and exchanged ideas on future joint projects, as well as scientific and cultural programs.

“I believe it would be difficult to call this place an ordinary museum or center. This is a cradle of cultural and spiritual civilization on a global scale. First of all, I sincerely congratulate the people of Uzbekistan and the entire Turkic community on the opening of such a historically significant institution. I am confident that it will become an important scientific platform for studying human history, ancient civilizations, and the sciences and culture of Islam,” said Aktoty Raimkulova.
At the end of her visit, Aktoty Raimkulova expressed her readiness to further strengthen scientific and cultural cooperation with the Center.
