EURONEWS: “The Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan is emerging as a cultural and educational project of international significance”

The prestigious international news agency Euronews has published an article highlighting that the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan is emerging as a cultural and educational project of global significance.
Implemented through broad international cooperation, the project has brought together nearly 500 specialists from around 100 countries, along with more than a thousand Uzbek scholars.
Together, they have developed around 800 initiatives aimed at studying, preserving, and promoting the Islamic heritage to the wider public.
This center is not just an ordinary museum it encompasses exhibitions that trace the course of human history from ancient times to the emergence of Islam and the modern era. Its library, restoration and digitization laboratories, and research departments serve the study and preservation of Islam one of the fastest-growing major religions in the world.
Under the theme “Civilizations, Personalities, and Discoveries”, the Center presents history not only through artifacts but also through the lives and ideas of the people who shaped it. This approach reveals the interconnectedness among various cultures and highlights the shared contributions of different regions and religions.
