Palestinian scholar: “The Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan will serve as a source of inspiration for the entire Muslim world”.

 

The Chairman of the Palestinian Center for the Restoration and Study of Islamic Heritage, Khalil Munir Karaja, visited the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan.

 

The guest became closely acquainted with the Center’s main exhibition, research laboratories, information and analysis departments, and library activities.

 

 

 

Mavluda Karimova, the Center’s chief specialist, briefed the visitor on the library’s collection, its operations, and the modern facilities available for researchers and readers.

 

The Palestinian guest highly appreciated the scientific and educational environment being created in Uzbekistan, particularly the large-scale efforts dedicated to preserving and promoting Islamic history and culture.

 

According to Khalil Munir Karaja, the Center for Islamic Civilization, established on the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has become a scientific institution of spiritual and cultural significance not only for Uzbekistan but for the entire Muslim world.

 

“I am proud that Uzbekistan has a President who deeply understands the essence of Islamic civilization, culture, and heritage. This Center will become a spiritual beacon not only for Uzbekistan but also for the entire Arab and Muslim world. Here, I have seen a rich and beautiful cultural treasure one that can serve as a source of inspiration for all Muslims”, he said.

 

Khalil Munir Karaja also expressed his support for President Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s initiatives at the United Nations aimed at strengthening Islamic and humanitarian cooperation.

 

 

The guest emphasized the importance of further developing the friendly relations and enhancing scientific cooperation between Palestine and Uzbekistan. He also announced his intention to donate books published in Palestine on Islamic culture and civilization to the Center’s library.

 

At the end of the meeting, the Palestinian scholar conveyed his wishes of peace and prosperity to the people of Uzbekistan, stressing the importance of preserving the shared history, spiritual, and religious values that unite the two nations.
