“The new voice of New Uzbekistan – uniting history, media, and technology”
In the “New Uzbekistan – Foundation of the New Renaissance” section of the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the country’s ongoing reforms are presented not through statistics or numbers, but through real stories about people, dreams, and creativity.
The “New Uzbekistan – Foundation of the New Renaissance” section of the Center’s museum is emerging as a modern concept that reflects a new stage in the nation’s development. This project is not merely a museum exhibition it is a vast multimedia platform that showcases Uzbekistan’s new image through digital media, video storytelling, and visual technologies.
As part of the initiative, video content is being produced across multiple fields education, science, economy, healthcare, culture, and tourism each narrating the nation’s transformation through human stories and lived experiences. Every video tells not of numbers and charts, but of people, aspirations, and creativity.
Each ministry and organization participating in the project is creating a story aligned with its field:
➖ Education and Science highlight the harmony of knowledge, innovation, and critical thinking.
➖ Economy and Finance reveal the real transformations behind figures — new jobs and opportunities.
➖ Healthcare presents human well-being and social welfare as core values.
➖ Culture and Tourism connect Uzbekistan’s historical heritage with its modern tourism potential.
➖ Sports and Youth Affairs embody the spirit of movement, determination, and renewal.
Every project aims to be both a source of information and analysis, as well as a source of inspiration.
To coordinate this large-scale effort, a working group meeting was held, where representatives of ministries and institutions discussed the creation of video content, multimedia exhibitions, and the division of responsibilities by theme.
The media projects are being implemented in collaboration with Russia’s “Sila Sveta” company, enabling Uzbekistan to present its historical and cultural legacy on a global scale in a modern visual style.
Each video project is developed in harmony with the Center’s academic departments, combining factual information with scholarly interpretation in a new hybrid format.
Olimjon Usarov, Advisor to the Minister of Defense on Patriotic Education, Moral and Cultural Affairs, and Youth Issues, stated:
“The initiator and visionary of this complex our esteemed President announced from the high rostrum of the United Nations that ‘the official opening ceremony of this Center will take place soon’.
The Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan embodies all the achievements of humanity that have arisen on our sacred land from the dawn of civilization to the present day. This has been realized with the most modern approaches and technologies. The purpose is clear: to understand our identity and to present our three-and-a-half-thousand-year history not only to our compatriots but also to the global community.”
This section is becoming not only a scholarly exhibition but also a new cultural platform one that can be seen, heard, and felt by the wider public.
All content is produced in three languages Uzbek, Russian, and English and will be presented through interactive exhibitions, virtual displays, and international showcases.
