Implementation of legislative documents and directives is being ensured

A series of practical and systematic measures are being implemented to further strengthen execution discipline at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In particular, over the past seven months of this year, the following activities have been carried out to establish effective control mechanisms over the execution of laws and documents of the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensure clear accountability for execution outcomes, and enhance the personal responsibility and accountability of managers and employees at all levels for compliance with execution discipline:

Specifically, a total of 100 legislative documents has been received through the unified interdepartmental electronic system portal at edo.ijro.uz. All were promptly registered and delivered to the responsible executors. The timely and high-quality implementation of assignments was placed under strict control.

To ensure the proper execution of legislative documents and directives, the responsible personnel operating through the “Ijro.gov.uz” system are consistently provided with legal and methodological support by justice authorities.

There are currently no systemic issues or deficiencies hindering the effective implementation of legislative documents and directives.

To further strengthen execution discipline and establish effective control mechanisms over the implementation process, ensuring clear accountability for results, the following measures are planned:

➖ Gradual integration of modern information and communication technologies into this process;

➖ Systematic daily control and monitoring of compliance with execution discipline;

➖ Submission of proposals to the head of the institution for disciplinary measures against employees who violate execution discipline;

➖ Weekly briefings every Friday to inform the head about tasks scheduled for the following week, and by the 25th of each month regarding tasks for the upcoming month;

➖ Providing practical assistance to staff in resolving execution-related issues, and regularly organizing training seminars and workshops for employees.

Work in this direction will continue, and updates on the measures implemented will be regularly published on the Center’s official website.
