The projects being developed by the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan aim to present the scientific, cultural, and spiritual heritage of Islam at the highest aesthetic level.
At the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the next advisory meeting was held with the participation of members of the scientific advisory and project working group. The meeting focused on the work being carried out in the “Islamic Sciences” capsules within the “First Renaissance” section, one of the main directions of the Center’s exposition.
Among the international partners attending the event were Sali Shahsivari, Director of the Al-Furqan Islamic Heritage Foundation in London; Yusuf Khatto, representative of the French company “Avesto”; as well as the heads and members of the working group on the “First Renaissance” section of the Center’s museum – Professor Bahrom Abduhalimov, Professor Surayyo Karimova, Associate Professor Ibrohim Usmonov, and other distinguished scholars.
During the discussions, particular attention was given to the content of videos covering the theme of Islam’s arrival in Central Asia, which will be presented in the “First Renaissance” sector of the exposition.
In this context, participants exchanged views on the concept of historical maps and visual solutions planned to be featured in these videos. Sali Shahsivari contributed a number of practical suggestions and announced that he would personally prepare script texts for short videos dedicated to the Five Pillars of Islam and the five principles of Sharia.
As a result of this initiative and his proposals, Sali Shahsivari was officially attached to the working group of the “First Renaissance” section as an international expert. Furthermore, he provided recommendations not only for the three Islamic sciences capsules but for all seven capsules of this section.
The proposals and ideas discussed during the meeting were positively assessed by the project working group and submitted to the Center’s leadership for review. Once approved, the technical development will be officially entrusted to Italy’s “Magister Art” company.
These projects being developed by the Center of Islamic Civilization aim to showcase the scientific, cultural, and spiritual heritage of Islam at the highest aesthetic level. In particular, through visual information technologies, historical analysis, and modern exhibition tools, the project seeks to create a rich source of spiritual values for both the people of Uzbekistan and the international community.
