The “Topical 30 days” initiative has been announced at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan.

The construction of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, being built on the initiative and vision of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, is entering its final stage thanks to the dedicated efforts of builders. At the same time, under the concept of “Civilizations, personalities, discoveries”, more than 2,000 local and foreign scholars, experts in science and modern technologies, museologists, researchers, and designers are actively collaborating on the preparation of content.

At today’s meeting chaired by the head of the Center and Chairman of the Scientific Council, Firdavs Abdukhalikov, the initiative of a “Topical 30 days” campaign was announced to accelerate this work.

The meeting agenda, which included more than 20 issues, focused on enriching the Center’s content, monitoring project implementation, and hearing proposals and feedback within the framework of analytical reviews. The main emphasis was placed on swiftly finalizing ongoing exhibition projects and eliminating existing shortcomings.

The leadership of the Center and members of the Scientific Council also discussed shortcomings identified during the practical review of the six large bas-relief compositions and their overall visual concept being created within the framework of the “Time wall” project, which covers the history, culture, and lifestyle of pre-Islamic civilizations.

In order to justify the trust of the Head of State and to complete the assigned tasks on time and without compromise, the Council declared a “Topical 30 days”. During this period, ensuring the completion of all projects in their final stage was set as a top priority.

“Around the great idea and initiative of our President, scholars, international specialists, designers, artists, and engineers have united for one purpose. To fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to us within the framework of enriching the Center’s content, we must all work with equal dedication and responsibility. In this regard, I propose declaring a 30-Day Mobilization” said F. Abdukhalikov.

The Council members and meeting participants unanimously supported this proposal. Concrete tasks for the upcoming important issues were also outlined.
