A journey through history by image
At the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, it is planned to enrich each exhibition with video productions. Through this, visitors will not only read about ancient history, great personalities, and remarkable discoveries but also see and feel them. The aim is to “bring history to life” not only through words and details but through images, thereby more deeply revealing the continuity, influence, and appeal of Islamic civilization.
In particular, for the exhibition dedicated to the Second Renaissance period, 99 video clips are planned to be created. They will be displayed on large and small LED monitors, on the walls of the building, and even on parts of the ceiling. This will give the project a unique appearance and distinctive spirit. Each video will depict a specific era, its eminent figures, and its scientific achievements.
Hasan Salikhov, Director of the “ART CRAFT” studio, described this process as a historical responsibility, considering it a great honor to present, in visual form, Uzbekistan’s contribution to human civilization from pre-Islamic times onwards.
“In creating video content, modern requirements are actively applied, including artificial intelligence, graphic design, and digital effects. The main goal is to immerse every visitor to the Center into the spirit of history and awaken in their hearts a sense of pride in their own heritage”, said Salikhov.
Through these efforts, the Center of Islamic Civilization will become not only an exhibition of artifacts but also a truly interactive historical hub.
