Work at the Center has gained momentum

 

A regular working group meeting was held at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, which is being established on the initiative of the head of our state. This important meeting brought together responsible coordinators for various sections of the center, leaders of major scientific and creative projects, and specialists in the field.

 

The meeting focused on one of the main directions of the Center of Islamic Civilization the organization of the exhibition. In particular, participants discussed the selection of rare works, historical sources, and scientific assets planned for inclusion in the exhibition, as well as their arrangement, thematic coherence, and content integrity. Specific proposals were also made regarding the organization of the exhibition based on modern technologies and in line with international best practices.

 

Discussions were also held regarding the contracts, cooperation memorandums, and other legal documents concluded within the framework of the project. In particular, analytical approaches were expressed concerning the implementation of each contract, the quality standards of the materials being prepared, as well as their legal and technical aspects.

 

During the meeting, issues related to the preservation, repair, and restoration of the exhibits were also discussed. Specific tasks were assigned to specialists, and deadlines were set for the necessary work to be completed.

 

 

At the meeting, Gulnora Ganieva, Deputy Director for Scientific Affairs of the Center, emphasized:

 

As the Center of Islamic Civilization is taking shape as a significant scientific and spiritual complex not only for our country but for the entire Muslim world, the decisions made and the priorities set within the framework of this meeting will contribute to the effective and meaningful implementation of the project.
