Cooperation with Italian specialists continues
An online meeting was held at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan with the participation of the renowned Italian publisher, oriental scholar, and professor Sandro Teti, as well as Renato Saporito, the head of the company "Magister Art."
The meeting was attended by the head of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, Firdavs Abdukhalikov, and the vice president of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Bakhrom Abduhalimov. The discussions focused on equipping the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan and preparing the necessary display cases for the exhibitions.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that preparations must be made for the opening ceremony of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan this year, and all possibilities should be activated for organizing the international exhibition dedicated to Uzbekistan's cultural heritage, which will take place in September of this year.
— Our company is working on the design and equipment of the largest museums, libraries, and cultural institutions around the world, — said Renato Saporito, the head of "Magister Art."
— I consider Uzbekistan to be one of the countries with a rich history and immense cultural heritage. I have a great interest in your people and culture. I believe that our collaboration on the launch of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan will play an important role in the further promotion of this vast heritage.
"Magister Art" specializes in the production of equipment for major museums in Italy, and the first agreements were made with the company during the official visit of the Center of Islamic Civilization's delegation to Italy in February of this year.
Sandro Teti has also been collaborating on major projects in Uzbekistan for many years. This year, under his leadership, "Boburnama" — the work of the shah and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur — was published in Italian by the publishing house Sandro Teti Editore.
