The creative legacy of the historian Muhammadriza Ogahi will be studied on a large scale

Ogahi was a prominent poet, historian, and statesman of the 19th century, and one of the brightest representatives of the era of spiritual revival associated with the ideas of Jadidism. His works deeply reflect the socio-political life, culture, and literary atmosphere of his time. Therefore, the study of Ogahi’s life and work is of great significance not only for literary studies but also for history, philosophy, Oriental studies, and other fields.
At the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, a media project titled "Muhammadriza Ogahi" is planned, aimed at widely disseminating our national cultural heritage and deeply studying the scientific and creative activities of historical figures. This project will enrich the Center's exhibition, offering new and meaningful materials for visitors and researchers.
As part of the media project, an in-depth analysis of Muhammadriza Ogahi's scientific and creative legacy will be conducted. The outcome will be scholarly works, the creation of various interactive content, which will be integrated into the permanent exhibition of the Center of Islamic Civilization.
The project will also involve the development of Ogahi's manuscripts, historical documents, scientific commentaries based on sources, as well as visual materials and video clips. This will open up broad opportunities not only for visitors but also for young researchers, students, and the wider public.
