Attention to local and foreign scholars, researchers

As is known, with the aim of popularizing the heritage of our ancestors, gaining a deeper understanding of its significance in the modern world, and informing the scientific community about the results and conclusions of research, since 2021, the journal "Uzbekistan — Center of Islamic Civilization" has been published in Uzbekistan.

 

For this journal, in 2025, articles will be accepted from local and foreign scholars, specialists, and researchers. Articles will be accepted in the following areas: Islamic civilization and Eastern Renaissance, Islamic studies, history and philology, source studies, art studies, museology, library science in Uzbek, Russian, English, Turkish, and Arabic languages.

 

In this regard, we invite teams of scholars working in the Academy of Sciences, institutions, organizations, and centers of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan, as well as in the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, and the international research centers named after Imam Bukhari, Imam Maturidi, and Imam Termizi to participate in the journal with scientific articles.

 

Themes for articles: Islamic civilization and Eastern Renaissance, Islamic studies, history and philology, source studies, art studies, museology, library science, modern scientific research.

 

Languages of the journal: Uzbek, Russian, English, Turkish, Arabic.

 

Requirements for articles:

 

The article must be theoretically and methodologically well-developed, based on reliable sources, and contain reasoned conclusions and recommendations that align with the scientific-analytical nature of the publication;

 

The length of the text: 10-15 pages, prepared in Latin script, format — Microsoft Word, font — Times New Roman, font size — 14, line spacing — 1.5, margins: top and bottom — 2 cm, left — 3 cm, right — 1.5 cm;

 

The title of the article should be written in capital letters, followed by a space and the author’s surname, first name, workplace, position, academic degree, and title in English, as well as email and phone number; then the text of the article should follow;

 

The article should contain an abstract and keywords in Uzbek, Russian, and English. The abstract should be composed of 2-3 sentences that reflect the content of the article. The keywords should consist of no more than 10 words or phrases that reveal the topic of the article;

 

The article must be divided into an introduction (relevance of the topic and state of research), analysis (analysis of the material being studied, interviews, etc.), and conclusion.

 

The list of references should be provided two spaces after the main text of the article. References in the text should be given in square brackets, for example: [2, p. 87]. The list of references should be provided alphabetically at the end of the article.

 

The electronic version of the article in Microsoft Word format must be sent to the email address info@cisc.uz.

 

The editorial board has the right to edit and shorten the articles. The responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the data presented in the article lies with the authors. Articles that do not meet the specified topics and requirements will not be published in the journal.

 

The editorial board is not obligated to return manuscripts or provide written responses to authors. Publication of articles in the journal does not require any payment.
